I was going to sleep but then I happened to catch possibly the most VILE thing to ever be allowed to be sold as far as I am concerned. What is this you ask well...
So what is this?
Well apparently it's a video game. Here is essentially the jist of what the game looks like:
Now yes, I'm sure there are plenty of pornos that cover the same themes of TORTURING and RAPING women. It is a fetish; I don't claim to support it nor go against it as I do understand it's a dominance thing. But there are quite a few problems I have beyond this. First off, this is represented as a game about LOVE. As the director and creator of this game argued, and I quote:
"The media has been blamed for trying to turn American men into docile, innocuous, weaklings. But in truth, American colleges are just as much to blame. That’s where men really learn to be servile weaklings, and learn that “true love” involves becoming a domesticated, self-abnegating, harmless, overly emotional pussy....It’s time to put the current, officially accepted version of romantic love on trial. Let’s see if it can stand up to the same rigorous analysis, the same comparison to opposing ideas, that every other idea receives in a university setting. It’s time to start a dialogue that fundamentally challenges that skewed version of love."
Also to note in that yes, he wants to bring this game to COLLEGE CAMPUSES.
Apparently he believes this is meant to represent affection. He calls this an artistic statement, but as coming from other resources apparently this man makes a living in creating pornography and well as keeping journals poetry which encourage men to become true men again and take hold over women and turn them into slaves, and through his poems he lives out some of these fantasies which he is.
Sick of me? Well here is a commentary on the subject further...

A reviewer's opinion, the video is dark.

I have never done anything to protest, but I would like if anyone on my flist could past this on and we can try to form some way to ban this game from colleges and beyond. I want this man to know that equally women and men do not feel this is a good idea to encourage. As a person who has lived through both dangerous stalker experiences and sexual assault, I feel that I may be rather close to this, but at the same time I feel my precise point is that in not one of these cases does he mention the affects to the women who are SUBJUGATED to any forms of this sort of assault.
